Grabens can be found all over the world.  Both the ocean and the land contribute to the earth's grabens.  The Red Sea and the East African Rift Valleys are two well known grabens.

There are also smaller, less known grabens situated all over the ocean floor and land, such as in Turkey, Ethiopia and on the island of Crete.  Let's not forget our very own CANADIAN Ottawa-Bonnechere Graben...
 
The illustration below shows the rifts and faults formed during the seperation of the supercontinent Pangea aproximately 150 million years ago.
